Privacy Policy

Keep It Reels is a product of Stay Ready Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use keepitreels.com and the Keep It Reels app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address when you sign in (for example through Google sign-in).
• Content you upload. Videos, athlete profiles (name, sport, position, jersey number, school/team, graduation year, optional photo, optional recruiting notes), clip titles, notes, and music you upload.
• Generated content. AI analysis results (scores, tags, descriptions) and rendered highlight reels created from your uploads.
• Usage and device information. Basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, and error logs, used to keep the Service working.
• Feedback. Messages you send us through the in-app feedback form.

Children's information

Keep It Reels is built for parents, guardians, and coaches. Accounts are for adults (18+). The videos and athlete profiles you upload will often depict minors. By uploading, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete, or have the parent's or guardian's permission to upload footage of them. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at support@keepitreels.com and we will delete it.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: storing and streaming your videos, analyzing clips with AI, and rendering highlight reels.
• To send you service notifications, such as when a reel finishes rendering.
• To respond to support requests and feedback.
• To protect the Service from abuse and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your videos to train AI models.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service, each of which processes data only on our instructions: video hosting and streaming (Mux), video rendering (Shotstack), application hosting, authentication and database (Base44), AI analysis (large-language-model providers via Base44), and email delivery. Rendered reels and clip downloads are delivered through content-delivery links; anyone who has a link you share can view that video.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers above, when you choose to share a link, or when required by law. Reel and clip links are unlisted but public — treat them like any shared link.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual clips, athletes, and reels at any time, and you can delete your entire account from Settings → Danger Zone, which removes your athletes, clips, reels, notifications, subscription record, and profile. Copies may persist in provider backups for a limited period.

Security

Access to your content is limited to your account (and our administrators for support). Uploads and streaming use encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in credentials safe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email support@keepitreels.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
