Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Keep It Reels (the "Service"), operated by Stay Ready Consulting LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Your content and permissions

• You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, analyze, render, and stream your content solely to operate the Service for you.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload your content — including consent from the parent or guardian of any minor who appears in it — and for any music you upload.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual, or that depicts a child in an inappropriate way. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.

AI features

AI scores, tags, and descriptions are automated estimates to help you choose clips. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for recruiting, safety, or other important decisions without reviewing the footage yourself.

Plans, renders, and billing

• The Free plan includes a limited number of reel renders per calendar month at 720p with a watermark. Unused renders do not roll over.
• Pro plans (when available) are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.
• Promo or founding-member codes grant access on the terms shown when redeemed and may not be transferred.
• Because renders consume real computing resources, completed renders are non-refundable except where required by law or where the render failed through our fault.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the Service, overload it with automated requests, or use it for anything other than personal, family, team, or recruiting highlight reels.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of important footage.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Ready Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
